i sanded the fret board, and i put holes were i will put dot inlays. i used sanding paper to sand the board and there was a fine powder left over. after i measured the lengths for the dot inlay locations and put hold were the locations.

The start for me was the sanding. I needed to be careful when sanding the head of the guitar, if i sanded to much it or to little would be not make the right sound and would not make the right shape. It could also be a motivational problem for me because i have to do it right or I don’t bother with it so my goal is to make the best guitar i can make so i’m off to do it. I used a sand belt and sand paper to smooth the sides. i learned that you have to be very soft but firm .
